1. Call us on 01666 500 224. Lines are open from 10:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

2. Fax us on 01666 500 274. Simply fax your order and card details to us, including contact number.
   
   
3. Post a card with your order details and your cheque or card details to:

4. Visit us by appointment - please telephone for details. The office hours are 10:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 10:30am to 1:00pm, so ring and make an appointment, or outside these times by arrangement.

Methods of Payment:

Payment is made with order. We accept all major credit cards, Mastercard, American Express, Visa and Switch.

Please make cheque's payable to "Nomad Ideas". In the case of made-to-order items, a deposit of half the quoted amount is payable in advance.

Delivery charges and information:

All items are delivered by Royal Mail at the standard rate of £6.95. Smaller and larger items will be charged at my discretion either less or more. Heavier items are delivered by courier within 48 hours, the delivery charge to be quoted at the time. An express service is available if required, at additional cost. BFPO addresses are charged as UK. Please ring for information on deliveries outside the UK.

Gifts:
For £5 we will send your present direct in a special gift box, wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon, with a hand-written message. Please remember to write your personal message on the order form.

Free returns on all items not made to order that reach us within two weeks of purchase. We will add your postage costs to the refund, or, if you wish an exchange it will be sent out to you FREE of charge. All we ask is that you return the items unused and in the condition in which they were sent out to you. We aim to deliver with speed and efficiency. However, demand may exceed our supply, and if this happens you will be informed of any delay and anticipated delivery date. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We reserve the right to change prices as necessary. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
